Position Information/Description
This position performs various duties required to maintain a clean and healthy environment for animals located in the Birds and Savannah area at the Little Rock Zoo.

Education and Pre-requisites
Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of high school and two (2) years of experience in the care of small hoofstock, birds, or other exotic animals in a controlled environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and benefits
Salary $27,630.00 – $38,682.00 Annually
