Description
Principal Responsibilities Include:
• Perform and supervise animal care of assigned animals according to established
protocols.
• Perform and supervise preparation of animal diets.
• Provide guidance and training to assigned keepers.
• Assist curatorial/supervisory staff in developing care and management protocols for
assigned animals and exhibits.
• Take a leadership role in developing and implementing behavioral husbandry
programs for assigned animals.
• Develop, perform and supervise narrated sea lion feeding and training sessions.
• Prepare and submit daily reports for assigned animals and exhibits.
• Provide excellent service to zoo guests.
