As per the ratified Bylaws of AAZK, the Board of Directors must give the membership at least forty-five (45) days official notice of their intent to revise the Bylaws of AAZK.
Bylaw revisions will be presented to the Professional Membership in attendance at the AAZK National Conference in Greensboro, NC on or about September 23, 2013, for ratification. Revisions will be fully vetted for the membership in attendance.
